What You’ll Do 🚀

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance service architectures, data pipelines, and recommendation algorithms.
• Lead the integration of AI/ML models into our product offerings for enhanced user experiences.
• Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of machine learning systems.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
• Keep up-to-date with cutting-edge trends in Data, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, ensuring data products are accurate and user-friendly.
• Monitor and enhance production services for performance and stability.

What You’ll Bring 💥

• 5+ years in data engineering, with deep expertise in graph databases, streaming analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Proficient in technologies like Neo4j, Apache Kafka, and cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, Supabase.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including asynchronous techniques, and familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Expertise in AI/ML, particularly in data analysis and quality metrics enhancement.
• Familiarity with one or more DL software frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with tech stack including Next.js, Supabase, Shadcn UI, React Query, and Zod.
• Knowledge and experience with Meta and Google APIs.
• Proven leadership in managing engineering teams, with emphasis on hiring and performance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
